Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Tools

  Securely place the unused steel tools in their original box, ensuring all components and protective coatings are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Sharky

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery back to our forge.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our craftsmen inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
